All orders over $49.99 USD will ship free via Airmail to anywhere in the world. Larger orders will automatically upgrade to Speedpost Global Express at the discretion Marshark.
All orders are assigned an electronic tracking number from the shipping courier.
In some scenarios, Marshark will split your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All orders are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.
If certain items from an order are set to arrive at different times, it will clearly be displayed in the order management page.
Customer satisfaction is very important for us. If you are unsatisfied with a product, we strongly encourage you to return it.
You must return undamaged items to us within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of a product defect, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
Standard orders are shipped free-of-charge via Airmail parcels and Registered Airmail parcels.
Import Tax and Duty are responsible by customers.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Marshark guarantees safe delivery of your orders. Marshark reimburses return shipping charges for items that arrived damage or non-functional.
You must contact us for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 5 days of delivery and ship products back via the least expensive method.
Product Warranty (faulty/defective over normal use)
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty begins 6 months from the date of shipment.
Within 3 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement cost is determined on a case-by-case basis to provide optimal service for the customer.
Within 6 months from shipment:
Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to the customer, however return shipping reimbursement is not provided.
After 6 months:
Customers may still send defective items back to Marshark. Marshark passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinate the repairing or replacing of said item. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Marshark will contact customers before committing the repair or replacement.
Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed
Marshark will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and Marshark covers all return shipping charges.
Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, Marshark is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds.
An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
